OUR PROCESS / FROM FIRST NOTE TO WALKTHROUGH

Walk the ground. Agree on the work.

A clearing job goes better when everyone means the same thing by “finished.” Here is how we define that before the first pass.

01

Tell us about the property.

Send the address or location, approximate work area, intended use, timing, and a few photos. “Not sure” is a useful answer when you need help choosing a method.

02

Review the site and the constraints.

We discuss vegetation, tree size, access, utilities, slopes, wet ground, retained features, and any local approvals. A site walk may be needed before a final scope.

03

Put the scope in writing.

Define the work limits, method, finish, material handling, exclusions, and price basis. Identify who handles required approvals and any separate preparation work.

04

Confirm mobilization and the work window.

Crew availability, equipment access, ground conditions, and travel determine scheduling. If conditions change, the plan needs to be reviewed before proceeding.

05

Work to the agreed limits.

Keep retained areas and access clear. If hidden material or a changed condition affects the scope, agree on the next step before adding work.

06

Walk the result together.

Review the finish against the scope, note anything outstanding, and discuss the next use or maintenance needs. Clearing is one step in the life of the property.

LET’S DEFINE THE WORK
