Information you provide
Our estimate form collects your name, phone number, email, property location, project details, preferred contact method, and any photos or plans you choose to attach. We use this information to review your request, discuss the work, and follow up with you.
Storage and delivery
Requests and attachments are stored in our private application database on Hostinger. Request details are also sent to our customer relationship management system and our team's Telegram group. Photos and plans may be shared with that group to help review the proposed work. They are not published as public website files.
We keep a submission reference and delivery records to prevent duplicate requests and investigate delivery problems.
Your browser and technical data
A temporary reference in your browser tab helps prevent duplicate submissions. Form fields are not saved in browser local storage. The hosting service processes technical request information, and we use a hashed network identifier to limit automated form abuse.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. It uses analytics cookies to measure visits and page views. We also measure clicks on phone and estimate links and record when a new estimate request is saved. We do not send the information you enter in the form, your attachments, or your request reference to Google Analytics. We do not use Google Analytics for personalized advertising. Contact and your choices
Submit only information relevant to the property and proposed work. Avoid identity documents, payment information, or other sensitive documents. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion when it is no longer needed to handle your project, call +1 888-961-6245 and provide your request reference.
